BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR U.S. FIREARMS MUST BE MANDITORY.

Background Checks MUST include all Pistols, Rifles, Shot Guns, Assault Rifles, and historical Musket Weapons.

Anyone possessing such an above described weapon, WITHOUT proper registration, MUST face a full penalty of the law, to include fines, probation, community service, and even Jail Time.

[-1.-]   The United States, unlike most modern industrial nations, has a LEGAL RIGHT TO OWN FIREARMS, due to an American Frontier Heritage, (1775 - 1890), which most U.S. Citizens desire to pass onto future U.S. Generations.

==> The American U.S. Frontier Heritage, comes from the years 1775-1890, due to the fact, during these years, many U.S. Citizens NEEDED firearms to protect their Legal U.S. Property from non-U.S. Citizens, where these non-U.S. Citizens DID NOT OBEY U.S. LAWS.

===> The American Revolution began during 1775, and the LAST U.S. Military Battle with Hostile Indian Tribes was concluded during 1890, creating a situation, following 1890, where MOST U.S. Citizens could depend on Legal U.S. Law Enforcement to deter crime, and to protect Legal U.S. Citizen Owned Property.

==> As English Colonists, before the year 1775, English Colonists dependended on FIREARMS to defend their North America English Colonies, which further enforces the modern U.S. Citizen's Frontier Heritage, in which, FIREARMS are part of this American Heritage, dating back to the founding of the First English Colony in North America.

====> Through a Legal English Crown Royal Charter from QUEEN ELIZABETH I, with a License through the English Knight named SIR WALTER RALEIGH, the English Government sent an ARMED MILITARY ESTABLISHMENT of 120 men, women and children to established one of the first English settlements in the New World on Roanoke Island, located off the present day East Atlantic Ocean Coast of North Carolina, during the year 1587, which later became known as the "LOST COLONY," where other English Colonies would follow, within the present day United States.

[-5.-]  Future U.S. Governments, if even MORE CORRUPT THAN OBAMA-NATION, has NO REASON TO FEAR ARMED U.S. CITIZENS, due to the Advancement of Science, which includes FLYING DRONES which can easily instantly destroy any group of Armed Persons Upon U.S. Soil, if need be, who have declared Illegal Armed Revolution against the U.S. Government.

==> For this reason, among many, due to MODERN TECHNOLOGY, the U.S. Government has NO REASON to fear Armed U.S. Citizens, where even Assault Rifles, are a POINTLESS REVOLUTION, against modern U.S. Government Military FLYING DRONES, SMART BOMBS, GUIDED MISSILES, GUIDED LEATHAL PROJECTILES, MILITARY ROBOTS, and Coming LASER CANNONS, in addition to, other weapon technologies yet not known by the public.
