The 1991 Gulf  War was the 3rd, of only three official declared wars by the U.S. Government, during the 20th Century.

The U.S. Government only declared three wars during the 20th Century:

= WORLD WAR ONE.

= WORLD WAR TWO.

= 1991 GULF WAR.
