During 2005, 2006, and 2007, when I was visiting several parts of Europe, for periods of length, these similar RIOTS were taking place in France.

During this period of Time, during my extended European residents, during the recent past few years, in Germany, most of the time, to include travels throughout England and Scotland, where at that time, these were persons in Europe, who were attempting to PLAY THE RACE CARD, when RACE has NOTHING to do with the decision to commit a crime.

During 2006, GEORGE HUTCHINS visited "STONEHENGE, England," which is Located near Salisbury, England; and, during the same travel, GEORGE HUTCHINS visited the Site of the British Government, during the time of the Famous English Knight named, SIR WALTER RALEIGH, "WINDSOR CASTLE, England," current home of the British Queen ELIZABETH II.

{Raleigh,  North Carolina, is named after, the Famous English Knight, named:  SIR WALTER RALEIGH}

{The British Queen during the time of SIR WALTER RALEIGH was ELIZABETH I}

{The current British Queen is ELIZABETH II, who resides at WINDSOR CASTLE, ENGLAND}

These persons who  were committing these crimes, during this period of time in Europe, during 2005, 2006, 2007, were descendants of immigrants from non-European Countries, whose relatives were permitted to reside in Europe, IF they obeyed the LAW.

It is  for  certain, if  these persons would have committed similar Crimes, in the nations of the direct anscestry such as Africa, Turkey, and other Middle East Nations, the punishments in these nations would be MORE SEVERE, than the penalties these persons received while committing their crimes in Europe.

POVERTY is NO excuse for Crime.

During my four year period as a University Student, 1982-1986, at the University of Texas at El Paso, just to complete a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) Criminal Justice, I went through high levels of poverty, in a  high poverty area, where the few jobs around, almost NEVER went to university students, where at that time, I never considered committing a crime, even when having to survive on less than two U.S. Dollars for a week, after all stable bills were paid:  Classes, Books, Pens, Paper, Rent, Electricity.

=> There was  NO Social Public Assistance for University Students, at that time, 1982-1986.

=> These two U.S. Dollars, when there were just two U.S. Dollars remaining, to last for a week, went for food, which often included Rice, Salt, and Lemon Juice, where Lemon Juice was used to terminate a "Scurvey" "lack of Vitiman-C illness" when mixed with water.

=> There were NO transportation costs, because WITHOUT a car, until the year 1986, walking long distances between affordable housing and the University, required NO additional fees.

=> Housing near the University of Texas at El Paso, and on the University of Texas at El Paso, became very expensive following Fall Semester, 1984.

I have listenned to recent EXAGGERATED hard-luck stories, in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area, from persons who claimed to have known, and/or, are going through poverty, but these persons during their FALSE TALL TALES of Poverty, always were able to receive Public Assistance, Food Stamps, Government Rent-Utility Suppliments, Welfare Checks, while driving Newer Modeled SUV's which waist gas, in addition to wasting money on luxury items-services weekly, to include Dry-Cleaning, and individual packaged factory produced bottled water.

Obviously, these persons know NOTHING of REAL POVERTY.

These persons in England who are now RIOTING in England, and throughout the United Kingdom, know NOTHING of REAL POVERTY.

=> Once DAVID DUKE clearly states, he has NEVER INTENDED, through any form of implication, to influenced anyone to break the Law, his views will become more accepted.

=> Once DAVID DUKE clearly states, it is wrong to "influence, direct, imply, order, assist, or participated," in any form of LAW VIOLATION, then his views will become more accepted.

=> Once DAVID DUKE clearly states, he supports our U.S. Armed Forces to FIGHT AND WIN the current WAR AGAINST TERROR, which began in 2003, then his views will become more accepted.

=> Once DAVID DUKE clearly states, he supports the deployment overseas, to  Afghanistan, Iraq, and other parts of the world, of our U.S. Armed Forces to FIGHT AND WIN the current WAR AGAINST TERROR, which began in 2003, then his views will become more accepted.

=>  IF, DAVID DUKE has done, any of the above, in part, he is on the road, of becoming more accepted by the majority of the U.S. Public.

This could be a gradual process, IF it is to take place.
