It has been said:

"It was the right thing to do, to BREAK THE LAW, by NOT participating in the Jewish Holocaust in Europe, {1933 - 1945}, and it was the right thing to do, to BREAK THE LAW, in Communist Stalinist Soviet Russia, in respect to Communist Ethnic Cleansing 'Program' Style Operations."

Yes, this was true in those places, at those times, but this is the United States of America where the Vote Counts, and NOT Nazi Occupied Europe, NOR Soviet Communist Russia.

Law Violation in America, should NOT be tolerated THROUGHOUT the United States.

One should use the legal Vote, to change Laws which they do NOT care for, in the United States.

In the United States of America, one should NOT expect to break U.S. Laws, to force government to create additional laws, which such persons, expect everyone else to obey.

Where is this logic?

Such a perception has NO logic, if persons break U.S. Laws, which they do NOT favor, to influence government to create additional laws, which they expect everyone else, to obey.

The REAL logic is, to use the Vote to change laws, which one feels are wrongful laws, and NOT to violate these laws, until such laws can be changed through the legal process, within the United States of America.
