To run for U.S. Congress, U.S. House of Representatives, one must first register with Federal Board of Elections in Washington DC.

GEORGE HUTCHINS Completed this Washington DC registration on June 28, 2009.

The next step, is to register with the North Carolina Board of Elections, which permits registration ONLY on SPECIFIC DATES:  {February 8, 2010 - February 24, 2010}

As of February 10, 2010, GEORGE HUTCHINS is fully registered to run for U.S. Congress, U.S. House of Representatives, in the North Carolina 4th District, for the May 4, 2010, Republican Primary.

Having witnessed Mr. Hutchins's registration with the NC Board of Elections, I will now work diligently toward the goal of his nomination as the Republican Candidate for US Congress from the 4th Congressional District of NC.

Mr. Hutchins is the only true Conservative among the Republicans registered to run. Democrat and Obama clone Price must go!
