HERE ARE THE ANSWERS:

I'm not quite sure why people want to start a "Legal war" on President Obama....or "Obama-nation". I can understand the feeling to protest big government spending, etc though. If you all didn't want Obama in office, why wasn't more done during the campaign?

The "LEGAL WAR," refers to using LEGAL ACTIONS to EXPOSE, Mass Voting Fraud which put Obama into office, and to demand by Law, for Obama to produce a Legal U.S. Birth Certificate, which Obama has failed to do, to this present date, of December 6, 2009.

During the 2008 Elections, as mentioned near the photo with U.S. Senator Elizabeth Dole, it is mentioned, the failures of the persons Mr. Hutchins calls "FAKE REPUBLICAN RINOS," and "FAKE CONSERVATIVES," due a clear fear of the RACE CARD, in addition to a false belief, Obama supporters would vote for them or their claiming to be, conservative candidate, Failed to demonstrate a united front against Obama-Nation.

If it were NOT for obvious MASS VOTING FRAUD, and wrongful actions of "FAKE REPUBLICAN RINOS," Obama would not be sitting in our White House Today !!

As for ending inmate privileges, what right do we have as mainstream America to take them away? Does that include female inmates who want abortions? Or those inmates who are actually attempting to change their lives? And of course, there are some who aren't doing just that, hence the reason they are in prison.

Please remember, when a criminal commits a crime, everyone in society suffers, NOT just the direct victims of each crime.

When there is a robbery or theft from a store, for example, the store and the insurance company has to raise their prices or rates to cover the loss, which is passed onto to everyone who shops at the store.

The GEORGE HUTCHINS 2010 U.S. Congress Campaign is preparing to wage a WAR AGAINST Poverty, which will be done without inflation NOR raising taxes, with the goal, where the motivation for crime in America, especially in North Carolina, when crime cannot be prevented, will NEVER be due to STARVATION, NOR Homelessness; but instead, ONLY DUE TO GREED.

Taking away PRISON WEIGHT ROOMS, Gyms, and Basket Ball Courts is NOT Cruel, compared to what these persons did to end up in Prison.

Inmates will NOT be forced to work, but if they refuse to work, such imates will be denied privileges, and will have nothing to do all day, except sit in their individual cells alone.

Most Inmates return to prison, after being released, where reform, over the past 50 years or so, has failed, for the most part.

Getting one's life together, as well as the decision to commit crimes, is the result of INDIVIDUAL CHOICE.

As it stands now, in the year 2009, there is a whole class of career criminals, who actually like being in prison, and see at as a form of paying taxes, when caught for each crime.

While in prison, inmates will be given medical care, which is legal for each state.

As for stopping marijuana usage....does that include medicinal marijuana? Years ago tests were done and reports made to the US government stating the precise side effects that marijuana had on a person. The results were conclusive, there were no "evil" side effects whatsoever.

FOR MEDICAL USE, if made Legal by Law, under the direction of a MEDICAL DOCTOR, there is no objection, if no other medicine is possible, as a cure for an illness, or to halt pain.

Marijuana use for any other reason should remain a violation of law, in North Carolina, due to the obscene behavior Marijuana produces in persons who smoke Marijuana.

=> This maybe an issue decided by each state, and NOT the Federal Government, but in NORTH CAROLINA, Marijuana use, without legal medical use, as described by a Medical Doctor, must remain against the Law.

If one does NOT like the laws of NORTH CAROLINA, they are free to move, or attempt to use legal methods to adjust these laws.

As for the NRA, it is my firm believe that if there are guns in homes, whether the legal owner is responsible or not, then school violence and violence between children will continue and escalate.

As Americans, it is our "Right to Bear Arms," due to our U.S. Constitution, and being born out of "Frontier Heritage."

Guns do NOT Kill anyone, it is the person who operates a gun, who does the killing.

More persons are killed in cars throughout America each year by cars, than by guns.

=> We are NOT going to ban cars, because cars kill more people each year.

The point the NRA makes, is IF guns are banned by government, what other rights will government take next?

The point is to halt further gun controls in the U.S., and enforce those laws which are already on the books.

If guns are ever banned in the U.S., then only the criminals, and the government, will have guns.
