On June 12, 1987, U.S. President RONALD REAGAN went to Berlin, Germany, at the site of the BERLIN WALL, near the Brandenburg Gate, and ordered the COMMUNISTS to "TEAR DOWN THIS WALL," in a famous speech, broadcast worldwide.

Between August 13, 1961 through May 2, 1989, several Germans, and East Europeans, were killed by Communist Boarder Guards, while attempting to escape the Communist World, through the BERLIN WALL.

[-1-] The COLD WAR is perceived to have began on March 5, 1946, when former British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, gave a speech at Westminster College, Fulton, Missouri, announcing an "IRON CURTAIN" has been set upon Europe.

==> Journalist, Herbert Bayard Swope, gave a speech on April 16, 1947, in South Carolina, stating, “Let us not be deceived: we are today in the midst of a cold war,” in which, April 16, 1947, is believed by some historians, to be the main truthful date of when the COLD WAR began, because this was the first time the word, "COLD WAR," had been used in a speech, to a large American audience.

==> Many Historians perceive the COLD WAR began during the final days of World War Two, on May 1, 1945, when Karl Dönitz became the President of Germany, under German Law, and set up a government at Flensburg, North Germany, near the boarder of Denmark, in which, the primary goal of Karl Dönitz's government was to continue hostilities with the Soviet Union, as long as possible, to create time, to allow as many Europeans as possible, to enter British and American Military Controlled Zones, to prevent fewer Europeans from falling under the jurisdiction of the Soviet Union, at the official close of World War Two in Europe.

 FINAL WORLD WAR TWO ACTIONS:  COLD WAR FOUNDATION.

[-A-] Following May 1, 1945, tensions between the U.S. Military and the Soviet Union grew, as large European civilian populations, to include whole large sized German Military Units, were allowed to enter British and American Controlled Zones, to escape post World War Two Communist jurisdiction, while at the EXACT same time, German Military Units in the East, Fought Back the Soviet Army, to allow this Exodus from Communism, to take place, which created major tensions with the Communist Soviet Union, during the final official days of World War Two in Europe, because the Soviet Union saw this as a type of betrayal during a time of war, by allowing such an Exodus from the Communist World, to take place.

[-B-] To reduce tensions with the Soviet Union, the British and American Military, set a time limit date, of when Karl Dönitz's government was to officially cease hostilities with all the nations Germany was still at war with, to include the Soviet Union, or all German Military Units, and fleeing European Civilian Populations, would be BLOCKED with armed force, from entering the safety of British-American Military Controlled Zones.

[-C-] President Karl Dönitz, when faced with a direct threat of the possible armed BLOCKAGE of German Military Unit Traffic, and a direct threat of the armed BLOCKAGE of European Civilian Traffic, who desired to escape Communism by entering into the British-American Contolled Zones, had to make a quick decision.

Created THE FAMED 1992 NATO-U.S. COLD WAR VICTORY. 

[-D-] The quick decision Karl Dönitz made, based upon all known logical options, at that time, was to send legal representatives of his Flensburg, Germany based government, to sign a surrender document with British-American Military representatives in Reims, Germany, on May 7, 1945, and to sign a surrender document with the Soviet Union in Berlin, Germany, on May 8, 1945, with the main announced intentions of keeping the Exodus routes for all European traffic OPEN, for all Europeans who ambitiously wanted to escape from Soviet Communism, by physically entering British-American Military Controlled Zones.

[-E-] Following May 8, 1945, the free flow of European Population Traffic, who desired to escape Soviet Communist jurisdiction, were allowed to enter British-American Military Controlled Zones, without armed BLOCKAGE, if the Europeans were able to avoid the clear historically documented abusive dangers created by the Soviet Military, while on route to "freedom," or "FREIHEIT," in the established British-American Military Controlled Zones, throughout Western Europe.

[-F-] Karl Dönitz's government at Flensburg, Germany was dissolved on May 23, 1945, after World War Two in Europe was officially concluded on May 8, 1945 with all combatants legally at peace, in which, tensions between the United States and the Communist Soviet Union were high, due to the events which took place during the official operation of Karl Dönitz's government: May 1st - May 8th, 1945, which allowed large European populations to escape Communist Rule, during the final destructive days of World War Two, which set a possible REAL DATE for the start of the COLD WAR to have been on:
