Formal Complaints are in the process of being filed against the current North Carolina Republican Party Chairman, North Carolina Republican Party U.S. Congress 4th District Chairman, and all North Carolina Republican Party county representatives who were responsible for NOT listing GEORGE HUTCHINS as a Legal Republican candidate on the North Carolina website during 2010, and for BLOCKING George Hutchins from speaking at all North Carolina Republican sponsored functions, which was a WRONGFUL ABUSE of their North Carolina Republican Party Offices.

==> The problems these Elitist North Carolina Republican representatives had with GEORGE HUTCHINS were groundless, led to FALSE SLANDER, and hurt the GEORGE HUTCHINS campaign through unwarranted censorship, which prevented the public from hearing from all the candidates, when it was the public's right to hear from all the candidates.

==> This WRONGFUL CENSORSHIP, promoted by specified representatives of the North Carolina Republican Party, was a violation of GEORGE HUTCHINS' U.S. Constitutional Right to "FREEDOM OF SPEECH," and was the worst action of Public CENSORSHIP in North Carolina, since the close of the 1877  Post U.S. Civil War Reconstruction period.
