By Federal, State, and ALL Local Laws, the GEORGE HUTCHINS For U.S. Congress 2010 Campaign, has the LEGAL Right to present the Republican Elephant, and use the words: NORTH CAROLINA, REPUBLICAN, and CONSERVATIVE, on all images, throughout www.georgehutchins.com

Mr. HUTCHINS has been dealing with persons he views as "FAKE REPUBLICAN RINOS - FAKE CONSERVATIVES," over this issue for a few weeks, which the LAW Remains the LAW, on this issue.

The standard "GEORGE HUTCHINS FOR U.S. CONGRESS," header sign, will remain the same throughout www.georgehutchins.com inspite of what the objectors say, by law.
